By A Customer The Spirit of Christ by Andrew Murray, even though originally written in the late 1800's, explores all aspects of the Holy Spirit. It helps the reader to discover God's purpose for the Holy Spirit in the believer's life. It is bibically accurate, though many times biblical references are not acknowledged so a familiarity with Scripture is useful when reading The Spirit of Christ. I highly recommend it to any believer of Christ who wants to learn more about the indwelling Spirit.

One star is for the Whitaker House's drastically reduced version of the original book. (Whitaker House's edition has a dove on a white background on the cover.)Bethany House Pub., ISBN10:0871235897 and ISBN 13:978-087123893 is a full copy of the original version. VS:Whitaker House Pub., ISBN 10:0883681269 and ISBN 13:978-0883681268 is very different from the original book by Andrew Murray. It is missing: the 9 page forward, summary points at the end of each chapter, chapters 25 and 28, and 69 pages of very helpful notes at the end of the book. The chapters have not only been renamed, they appear in an entirely different order than when the book was first published. Whitaker House also shortened the text. For example, in Chapter 1 Andrew Murray wrote a prayer of several paragraphs that they reduced to one short paragraph. It could be described as a "Cliff's Notes" stripped down version.I highly recommend the Bethany House edition of The Spirit of Christ. It contains everything that was in the original book by Andrew Murray.

Edenbrooke is my #1 favorite book of all time By Happy Living First off, let me say that I am not a fan of Novellas. 53 pages for $3.99 makes me grouchy. Edenbrooke is my #1 favorite book of all time. I purchased this book before I saw the page count. This book "Heir to Edenbrooke" which is Phillip's point of view of the exact scenes in "Edenbrooke". However it ends at the inn where Phillip and Marianne meet. I thought "Really???" You are ending it here? Why not at the end of Edenbrooke? That is why I am giving it 3 stars. I loved reading what Phillip was thinking and his point of view in meeting Marianne. But am so disappointed at where it ended. I would loved to have known what he thought when he was at the horse races or when he went after Marianne's dad and the fear he felt when he found out that Marianne had been kidnapped. Too much was left out for me to be happy with this purchase. I have a rule that I never purchase books lower then 200 pages and get sucked into the never ending novella's that these authors have started doing to rip off consumers. 53 pages is such a disappointment. I won't purchase another and hope Julianne won't do this to us again.

By Abigail Freeman I really like Edenbrook and Blackmoore by Julianne Donaldson but I feel like Heir to Edenbrooke wasn't worth the $3.99 I spent on it. It didn't give a whole lot of new insight into Phillip that you don't already know for Edenbrooke. It took me less than 15 minutes to read so even for a novella, its really short.

I'm thrilled to say it was worth the wait! I subconsciously smiled the entire time I read it. I just loved it! The only thing wrong with it was it's length! In no time at all I was finished reading it and now will have to content myself with patiently waiting for her next book. She's my FAVORITE author and I can't get enough of what she writes, so I will go back to re-read what she's already given us. I wish she'd write a complete addition to Edenbrooke from Philip's perspective. This AMAZING small glimpse will never be enough, but what she gave us was EXCELLENT AND WORTH THE WAIT!

I think it's cool to learn about things the average person doesn't know.He shows you the ingenuity and tenaciousness of spies determined to outwit the enemy for the good of the world.Mr.Jennings even tells you who was wounded.And what went wrong or what succeeded on these missions.His subject specialty is WW11 so he knows the subject well and you will too after you have read this book.This isn't the first book I've read by Raymond Jennings about WW11 and it definitely won't be the last.You will learn so much from this book.Whether you are a history buff or not,you will enjoy it.And with the chapters separated you won't get confused.I have no reservations about recommending it for you to enjoy. Sadly it doesn't really provide much detail so it's worth is questionable at best. The work is full of grammatical and spelling errors. Pass up this one

What little I knew of the Second World War was little of what I learned at school, and some internet between 1939 and 1945 happened many shocking things for many families and generations that came after , following the scars that I leave the various countries that affect also the world economy , caught my attention , dig a little more about different experiences and events, as in this book by chapter are showing different missions and as implemented, is very interesting and although the final outcome of the war is known, each mission involves an issue of suspense of how it was being carried out if it went right or went wrong , I still have to read, but what I have so far has been very impressive and fascinating.Disclosure: I bought this ebook in a promotion at a discounted price that I got in exchange for giving my unbiased opinion about it in a review

Each one has its own great story as well as wonderful characters. The shifter alpha powers were so interesting. I loved the plot with these characters. Lily and Lucas are very good characters together. Young love lost and then finding each other again as adults was interesting. I love the interaction between Lily and Lucas and their love for each other. Lucas would do anything for Lily and did. This was a tough, exciting and loving story.

About the Author

Eusebius McKaiser is a political analyst, broadcaster, public speaker and lecturer. He studied law and philosophy, and is a former South African and World Masters Debate Champion. McKaiser is the author of A Bantu In My Bathroom and Could I Vote DA? A Voter’s Dilemma.

"Not all white people were racist, but all white people benefitted from white racism" is a categorical untruth, and plays loose and fast with the definitions of "racism" "white" and "benefitted". Under the apartheid system there were poor whites who were worse off than blacks. Example: The 'poor whites' that lived on the outskirts of the big cities, neither farming, nor gainfully employed in other industries, in little houses where some didn't get shoes and long pants until they graduated from junior high school. By contrast, the black bureaucrats in the so-called TVBC 'bantustans' were actually receiving higher salaries than their white counterparts in South Africa proper.There are much better books to read on South Africa than this garbage. Off the top of my head I recommend "South Africa's War Against Capitalism" by Walter E. Williams.

Forget the fact that thousands of farmers have been tortured and murdered post 1994. All this book reminds me as a white person living in South Africa is that they won't stop until all of us are dead or gone, so that they can consume themselves! Perhaps its time to stand up agains reverse rascism........ Please don't buy this book or waste your money. People like Stuart Theobald that gave a 5 star review is a personal friend of Eusebius.... Nothing like rent a crowd

By Tumelo The language used in the book is my biggest problem because it excludes a lot of us who do not have a vast English vocabulary, let alone an academic one. For the importance I feel this book carries, I think the writer should have thought about the limit he was putting on his readership by the complex way he expressed some of his postulations.

It is felicitous that he has left little out, and what is omitted probably hadn't been uncovered yet but I sense he had a personal appreciation for this period.
